GARY KELLEY
Gary Kelley is the General Manager, a director and a stockholder in J. Carroll Weaver, Inc. Gary grew up and is raising his family in Sinton,TX. He began his career with overseas assignment after joining an international construction company. He returned to Texas and in the early 90's and has worked in South Texas civil work ever since. Gary joined J. Carroll Weaver, Inc. in 1994.
